For nearly 30 years, DW Custom (formerly Decorators Workroom) has been the trusted partner of Australia’s leading Interior Designers, Decorators, Architects and Builders.
We are a creative team of fabric lovers, expert machinists and industry professionals. All of our custom products are proudly manufactured in-house at our Brisbane workroom. Led by Mark and Erin Reuben, our experienced team shares a deep passion for design, craftsmanship and technical excellence.
As our business has evolved, so has our brand, to reflect the full-service offering we now deliver — from technical design and supply, to manufacturing and installation.
Our new name, DW Custom, captures our commitment to craftsmanship, quality and reliability, while maintaining the boutique approach our trade partners value.

All our custom products are designed and crafted in-house. Our state-of-the-art workroom in Brisbane is where ideas come to life. Purpose-built to optimise workflow and efficiency, our climate-controlled facility houses cutting-edge machinery and expert hands. The space is designed for creativity and collaboration, with a dedicated showroom for trade partners and designers to explore our product range, discuss project requirements and discover the exceptional quality that defines DW Custom.

Together, Mark and Erin lead the business with a shared vision to preserve traditional craftsmanship while embracing modern innovation, creating exceptional window coverings and soft furnishings that enhance any space.
Erin Reuben
Erin grew up immersed in the world of window furnishings, building on a long-standing family legacy in the craft. Her passion for textiles and her keen eye for detail are central to DW Custom’s reputation for premium quality and timeless style.
Mark Reuben
Mark brings a strong corporate background in Operations and Information Technology to the business, combining his strategic mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and project efficiency.
